Christianings (Dedications)
At Darlington Citadel we offer two types of Christianing Service, one for those who do not wish to make a statement of faith and one for those who do wish to make a statement of faith.
We do not charge for Christianings. All Christianings are conducted during our Sunday Services except in special circumstanes.
Weddings
We are happy to conduct the wedding between a man and a woman regardless of there faith. All couples must complete our 'Marriage Preparation Course' which takes three 1hr sessions.
We do not charge for weddings.
Funerals
We consider it a priviledge to conduct the funeral of anyone regrdaless of there faith, sexual orientation or circumstances regrading there death.
We follow the Church of England rates for funeral charges, all of which go to the work of The Salvation Army in Darlington.
